Silver Bronx
Cosy up on chilly evenings with this delicious and colourful Brighton Gin cocktail - the Silver Bronx.
Similar to the better-known Satan's Whiskers, the Bronx is the original recipe, here turned into a fluffy, cosy and luxurious drink with the help of aquafaba (or egg white if you're not vegan).
We absolutely ADORE the colours in this drink, and it's wonderfully balanced between both vermouths, the orange juice and our juniper-forward Seaside Strength.
Ingredients - makes two cocktails

100ml Seaside Strength Navy Brighton Gin 50ml rosso vermouth 30ml dry vermouth 50ml fresh squeezed OJ 20ml aquafaba 2 dashes of orange bitters Shake all the ingredients with ice, strain and remove the ice. Give it another good shake to make it all nice and fluffy, strain into a chilled glass |
