Brighton Gin was born of a passion for gin, and a passion for the place where we live and play – we wanted to create a gin that embodies the Spirit of Brighton: unusual, playful and fiercely independent.

A masterful cocktail maker and a paragon of efficiency, Charly can (and has) turned their hand to anything and everything at Brighton Gin HQ!

Production Manager
We are proud to be a family run business, and even more proud that every one of Brighton Gin's bottles are labelled and sealed by hand - the hand of St Jude, no less!

Distiller
The Brighton Gin team is multi-faceted and multi-talented - when not peeling limes or distilling each batch of Brighton Gin, Paul will be fixing or building all sorts of helpful things from pallet bars to hot composting units!

Brand Ambassador
When not out delivering orders locally on the Brighton Gin eCargo bike, you'll find Rachel engaging our customers, talking at events, serving up Brighton Gin and so much more!

Our Ellie has been a champion of Brighton Gin from the very beginning, peddling gin to trade customers, pubs, restaurants and venues around the South East!
