Apple Strudel Sour

Sometimes things need a bit of a shake up... so why not try shaking up this amazing winter cocktail from our resident cocktail maestro, Charly.

Another original recipe, this is a fluffy, luxurious drink with the help of aquafaba (or egg white if you're not vegan). It's got a wonderful festive vibes with cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg - perfect for cosy nights in the warmth.


  • 50ml Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength
  • 50ml cloudy apple juice
  • 20ml aquafaba
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • Pinch of nutmeg

How to Make

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice!) for 30 seconds. Add ice, shake again for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a pretty glass of your choice. Garnish with cinnamon/nutmeg dusting.
