Now that summertime has finally arrived, and loads of us are meeting up with colleagues and friends again for the first time in ages, why not show some love for The Film and TV Charity by getting together and raising some cash to help them keep helping?

I’m putting my money where my mouth is and will be asking my friends to put their hands in their pockets for my Fashion Fizz cocktail that I’ve come up with along with my pals at Brighton Gin.

For those that prefer an alcohol free version, it’s just as refreshing without the Gin!"

How to Make

Add the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice together and shake before topping up your glass with elderflower water.
