NEW: Distiller’s Edition Gin School with Master Distiller Paul.
Join Brighton Gin’s Master Distiller, Paul, for an immersive, hands-on experience exploring the science of distilling. Discover how chemistry and physics shape flavour as you experiment with botanicals to create profiles that are citrusy, earthy, sweet and many more.
Kick things off with a welcome G&T, then enjoy guided tastings of Brighton Gin’s range to understand how different ingredients influence each style. You’ll use your own mini pot still to craft a personalised recipe, and leave with a 700ml bottle of your very own bespoke gin—fully labelled and wax-sealed.

Spaces are limited, with just six stills available per session (bookable for one or two people per still), ensuring a highly personal experience.
Over the course of two hours, you’ll develop your own gin recipe from a wide selection of botanicals (or bring your own!), guided by expert insight. Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll enjoy a fun and factual session - plus a G&T (or two) along the way.
Even better, your unique recipe will be saved, so you can reorder your custom gin anytime in the future.

Accessibility
Our Gin School events take place on the ground floor in our distillery which is level access. Regrettably there is no entirely level access to toilets on site - there are toilet facilities on the ground floor which may suit people with limited mobility but not wheelchair users. Terms & Conditions
Over 18s only; we have a Challenge 25 policy. We can only accommodate customers with advance bookings. Please note that we require a minimum number of 4 attendees to run a gin school and if we are unable to reach this number, the class will not go ahead. In this instance, we will contact you to offer you an alternative date. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds of gin school bookings, but we will try and re-schedule with 5 days' notice if you are not able to attend the date booked. You may transfer your booking to another person or buy a gin school evening as a gift, but we will need notification of that person’s name at least 24 hours before the event. Please email events@brightongin.com to notify us of any additional names or changes.
