Brighton Gin Vegan Chocolate Orange Liqueur
November is World Vegan Month! Brighton Gin is the first vegan registered craft gin - and that includes our wax top as well as the glue for the label!
To celebrate, we have created a vegan chocolate feast for you combining your favourite vegan m*lk chocolate and our award-winning vegan Pavilion Strength with some orange goodness - as we use fresh orange peel in our distillation, this is an especially good fit!

How to Make
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie/ water bath/ microwave and let it cool down for about 15 minutes. Add the gin, triple sec and orange bitters (they make all the difference!) and pour the mix into a sterilised bottle. Shake vigorously! Cool in the fridge for about an hour, after which you can serve the liqueur in a nice small-ish glass (such as a Nick & Nora), top with vegan whipped cream (yum!) and some cinnamon powder or a bit of candied orange - enjoy!!
