Our new Spice Circuit gin was developed in a collaboration with local chef Kanthi Thamma to create a drink to complement his award-winning South Indian cuisine.

Our Golden Century cocktail combines the sweetness of date and tamarind, with hints of chocolate, and Kanthi loves the way it really brings out the notes of curry leaf in the gin.

You'll need:

60ml Spice Circuit gin

20ml Vermouth bianco

10ml fresh lemon juice

5ml white Creme de Cacao

5ml tamarind syrup

5ml date syrup

Shake well with ice and serve in a chilled coupe glass for extra fanciness. Delicious!
