Our take on the classic Crêpes Suzette, instead with our Jude's Seaside Gin & Orange sauce. Perfect for a boozy upcoming Shrove Tuesday! (scroll down for a video wonderfully shot by our friend Sharon Kilgannon)

How to Make
Make your usual pancakes, have some vegan ones perhaps from here.
For the sauce:
Melt the butter completely in a small saucepan, stir in the sugar and simmer for 5 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Add the orange and lemon zest and juice and return to a simmer.
Finally add your 3 tablespoons of our Seaside strength gin and simmer for a further 3 minutes.
And you're all done to enjoy your tart, boozy sauce!
