Brighton Gin & Tonic
Enjoy Brighton Gin in a classic G&T, great for any time of year. We recommend a splash of premium tonic, plenty of fresh ice and a slice of fresh orange to garnish.

How to Make
Fill a tumbler or a Brighton Gin glass with plenty of fresh ice. Pour gin over ice and top with a splash of premium tonic water. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange to bring out the citrus notes in the Pavilion Strength.
For a G&T with a little more punch, garnish with a slice of lime for our Seaside Strength navy gin.
