Brighton Gin Case - 6 x 700ml Mixed Bottles
Our mixed case of 6 bottles contains 3 x 700ml bottles of 40% Pavilion Strength Brighton Gin and 3 x 700ml bottles of 57% Seaside Strength Navy Gin.
We recommend serving with a slice of orange to bring the fresh orange peel botanical to the fore. Other botanicals include lime and milk thistle, and the subtle notes of juniper come to the fore as you swirl in the glass, releasing sweet-scented fresh citrus and a touch of spice. The persistent hints of orange make this gin gentle and approachable.
Versatile and adaptable, Brighton Gin is perfect in a G&T or in a cocktail, and also works brilliantly as a Martini and is exceptional as part of a Negroni. This is a subtle, ruminative gin and, thanks to its softness, Brighton Gin is also delicious sipped neat, over ice with a slice of orange.

We only use certified 100% organic pure wheat spirit – super smooth, and without any of the nasties that can give you a sore and sorry head – which we re-distill with juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, locally-grown coriander seed (the first UK commercially grown coriander seed in over 200 years) and milk thistle, which is indigenous to the South Downs and renowned for its kindness to the liver function.
The result makes a deeply refreshing G&T and, thanks to its softness, Brighton Gin is also delicious sipped neat, or over ice with a slice of orange. It’s also 100% vegan and gluten free.
