FINALLY we can proudly announce the release of our full range of premixed cocktails in eco friendly 250ml cans! 

We felt it was time for the ultimate premium premixed drinks - our handmade, super premium Pavilion Strength combined with mixers especially developed for us by local premium flavour lab Sipsup. 

After months of obstacles (believe me, things went pear-shaped on almost every stage in the process - but we have learned lots!) we are very proud to welcome these handsome cousins to our Brighton Gin family! 

This is the first time we are going into canned drinks - pre-mixed cocktails have seen massive growth in the last 18 months. As you know, sustainability is at the core of who we are and what we stand for  so it was important to us to reflect that in the choice of materials.

Our cans are made from aluminium which has got a LOT going for it: it is a permanently available metal, endlessly recyclable, uses up less energy in its initial production process, is lighter (in weight) to transport which means less carbon emissions and an overall reduced footprint - but it also cools faster (= again, uses less energy) and keeps the carbonation for longer. 

We have created three delicious drinks for you this summer - a relaunch of our favourite Raspberry Crush, a super refreshing Lemon Verbena Garden Collins as well as a very special Brighton Gin & tonic with blood orange and sage. 

The addition of blood orange creates a balanced and softer bitterness profile. At only 4.8 % ABV and rounded off with sage, it is the most delicious and perfect sundowner! Delicious over ice with a twist of fresh green lime peel or a slice of blood orange if you’re feeling fancy.

For our Lemon Verbena Garden Collins we paired our Pavilion Strength with all-natural ingredients including lemon verbena, the finest Sicilian lemons and a crisp snap of cucumber to make a gloriously sparkling Collins.  Refreshingly easy to drink, delicious over ice with a slice of cucumber or a twist of citrus if you’re feeling fancy.

Our already well-loved Raspberry Gin Crush pairs Brighton Gin with lip-smacking English raspberries and Sicilian lemons, ideally served over ice with a sprig of lavender if you’re feeling fancy.
