All of our bottles are hand waxed and hand filled with award-winning Brighton Gin that is made using a pure organic grain spirit then re-distilled with juniper, locally grown coriander seed, milk thistle and fresh orange and lime peel to create a smooth, citrusy finish. They’re 100% vegan, including the wax on the bottle tops and the gum on the labels. The distillation process also makes this premium British craft gin gluten free.

We only use certified 100% organic pure wheat spirit – super smooth, and without any of the nasties that can give you a sore and sorry head – which we re-distill with juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, locally-grown coriander seed (the first UK commercially grown coriander seed in over 200 years) and milk thistle, which is indigenous to the South Downs and renowned for its kindness to the liver function.
The result makes a deeply refreshing G&T and, thanks to its softness, Brighton Gin is also delicious sipped neat, or over ice with a slice of orange. It’s also 100% vegan and gluten free.
