The Brighton Gin School welcomes you to become a master gin-maker! Spend a couple of hours with us to create your own gin! Develop your own recipe from a range of botanicals; then bottle and label your creation to take home to enjoy! Come along by yourself or bring a friend, and discover the processes of gin-distilling whilst enjoying a G&T (or two!) on us.

SPICE UP YOR LIFE WITH BRIGHTON GIN!
A unique 46% ABV gin to tickle your taste buds

Brighton Gin is delighted by the success of a new chapter in its gin journey with the release of its Spice Circuit gin.
Made in collaboration with Hyderabad-born, Brighton-based Chef Kanthi Thamma, the Spice Circuit gin champions spices and botanicals such as green cardamom, black pepper, mace, and the hero of the gin, curry leaf. The organically-grown spices are all sourced from his family farm in Kerala and integrate beautifully with juniper and coriander to make a liquid with the signature smoothness that Brighton Gin is known for.
Three different distillation methods have been used to create this gin – traditional pot still, vapour infusion and vacuum distillation which in combination capture the full spectrum of the incredible botanicals. The result is a beautifully integrated 46% ABV gin, with fragrant curry leaf on the nose followed by spiced citrus, a warming hint of cardamom, with an overall woody depth and a lingering black pepper finish. Warming with a creamy mouthfeel whilst still remaining light and fresh.
46% ABV, available in 70cl, 35cl, 5cl direct from the distillery or our Hove pub, The Bottoms Rest, as well as selected pubs, bars and off licences in Brighton & Hove.

EASTER FUN-DAYS AT THE BOTTOM'S REST
Get ready to party this Easter weekend!
We're kicking off the fun on Friday evening with Brighton's newest drag sensation, Shallow Vera AKA 'The People's Toilet' (no, we're not sure why either, but all will be revealed on Friday no doubt!)
Vera's the winner of MX Congeniality Drag Pageant so we're sure it'll be hilarious, wild and probably quite filthy! The mayhem starts at 8pm.
Sunday roasts are also on offer from noon. booking essential. All events are free but it's only a titchy pub so first come, first served.

If you're in the Windsor area, we're teaming up with award-winning independent brewery Indie Rabble for their Valentine's Day disco.
Our very own Sam Moseley is going to be serving up bespoke Brighton Gin cocktails alongside Indie Rabble's great beer and fantastic music all night long!

We've got a busy day then as we'll also be at a fully accessible fun day out in the gorgeous grounds of the East Sussex National Hotel, Uckfield.
It's a family friendly event with local craft and produce stalls, tasty snacks and ice creams, raffle and lucky dip, as well as live music, face painting and free games and crafts.
Entry is by voluntary donation and all funds raised will support Chailey Heritage Foundation.
